The ALDH1L1-immunoreactivity first appeared in the midline structure: subcallosal area and fornix at 16 GW, weak-immunoreactive single cell could be seen in indesium griseum. Lateral ganglionic eminence demonstrated ALDH1L1 + cells in both superficial ventricular zone and deep areas (Kharlamova et al., 2024).
The GFAP distribution pattern is similar to that observed at 17 weeks of gestational age.
In area of calcarine and parietooccipitale sulci on sections stained with NeuN, the differences in the thickness of SP were clearly visible (section 1-44). NeuN-immunoreactive cells were predominantly localized in SP and were less frequent in CP (Godovalova et al., 2024).
